Our story

Welcome to
Krishna Lok

Your sanctuary for spiritual healing and natural wellness — nestled in the breathtaking Blue Mountains of Australia and the sacred Aravalli Hills of India.

Who we are

Rooted in a century of
yogic tradition

At Krishna Lok, we believe that nature is the ultimate healer — a timeless medicine capable of curing ailments from stress and anxiety to chronic disease. Our retreat offers a sanctuary where you can untie the knots of modern life, reconnect with your inner self, and experience profound bliss through breathwork, yoga, meditation and mindful living.

Krishna Lok is deeply connected to BGIYAN — an international spiritual research institute dedicated to the authentic promotion of Yogic Science, Natural Healing and Human Welfare. We integrate the profound wisdom of ancient yogic traditions with modern, evidence-based research.

Our teachings are inspired by the revered spiritual Master Param Pujya Brahmrishi Geetanand Saraswati Ji, a torchbearer of the ancient Shankaracharya tradition — a lineage spanning over a century.

Our signature practice

Brahm Yoga®

Krishna Lok teaches the signature Brahm Yoga® methodology — a unique practice developed within the Shankaracharya lineage. Brahm Yoga® is designed to awaken consciousness, still the restless mind, and guide seekers towards the highest spiritual truth and eternal bliss.

Unlike generic modern yoga, Brahm Yoga® is rooted in the authentic Vedic tradition. It integrates asana, pranayama, dhyana (meditation), sound healing and yogic philosophy into a single coherent path of transformation.

Practised daily at both our Blue Mountains and Aravalli Hills centres, Brahm Yoga® is offered to all levels — from complete beginners to advanced practitioners seeking deeper realisation.
